A history of success is an emotional story about the project’s work, through the history of people’s lives. The characters of this video talk about the role of the project in their lives and about the achievements that they have achieved with the help of specialists or volunteers of the project.
Usually, it is a video interview of the customer lasting from one to two minutes. It is used as a separate material for the purpose of marketing support.
Often, several of these stories are grouped with other customer success stories.
As a rule, such videos are made without voice over, the character tells his story in the first person. However, some of the videos are followed by the voice over or titles, that complete the story.
